Description
This document outlines the procedures for creating, viewing, editing, and managing store statuses within the system.
#
Create a Store
- Access Store Management
- Navigate to the Store Management section in Store Operation anagement module
- Initiate Store Creation
- Click on the "Add Store" button.
- Enter Store Information
- Fill in the required fields, ensuring that all mandatory fields are completed.
- Submit Store Information
- Click the "Create" button to finalize the store creation, or click "Cancel" to exit without creating a store.
- Confirmation of Creation
- Upon successful creation, a confirmation message will be displayed to indicate that the store has been created successfully.

View and Edit Store Details
- Access Store Details
- Click on the store name to open the store information screen.
- Edit Store Information
- Click on the "Edit" button on the store information screen.
- Save Changes
- Modify the required information as necessary and click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

View Store List and Change Status
- Access Store List
- Navigate to the Store Management section, where stores are displayed with their respective statuses: Active and Suspended
- Perform Actions Based on Store Status
- Click on the three-dot menu in each row to reveal available actions for each store based on their current status.
- Actions per Status:
- Active: Options are View and Temporary closure.
- Click on "Temporary closure" if necessary.
- Enter the reason for the Temporary closure in the provided text box.
- Click "OK" to confirm the Temporary closure
- Suspended: Options are View, Reactivate, and Terminate.
- Click on "Reactivate" if necessary.
- In the confirmation dialog, click the "Reactivate" button to confirm.
- Click on "Terminate" if necessary.
- In the confirmation dialog, click the "Terminate" button to confirm.
